Biostime® Children Probiotics With Vitamin D is developed to support the microbiome of healthy infants and children. The synbiotic formulation features a combination of probiotics with prebiotic Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS). It also contains Vitamin D.

These medicines may not be right for your patient. Always read the label and any warnings before prescribing. Follow the directions for use. Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.

Ingredients

Each 1.5 g sachet contains:

  • Lactobacillus helveticus (Rosell®-52) 8 Billion CFU
  • Bifidobacterium infantis (Rosell®-33) 1 Billion CFU
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum (Rosell®-71) 1 Billion CFU
  • Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) 750 mg
  • Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 3ug

Contains traces of milk and soy products

  • With Bifidobacterium infantis, a probiotic strain naturally found in the digestive tract of breastfed infants.2
  • Contains FOS, a natural prebiotic which helps promote the growth of beneficial bacteria.3
  • Vitamin D to help support immune system and bone health in healthy infants and children.4

No added artificial flavours, colours or artificial sweeteners

Directions for Use

Up to 3 months: As directed by a healthcare professional

3 – 6 months: 1 sachet daily, added to expressed breast milk or infant formula, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

6 months+: 1 sachet daily, to be mixed into a small amount of cold or lukewarm water, food or milk of choice, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
