The milk and cream in Biostime® SN-2 BIO PLUS Organic is sourced from a select number of organic farms located in the heart of Normandy, France, where each generation of farmers pass on their expertise and learnings to the next, for a better, more organic future. Today, Isigny Sainte-Mère dairy cooperative’s automated site is recognised as one of the most advanced in the world and is leading the way with the next generation of premium pediatric nutrition.

MILK SOURCE

We searched the world to find where the grass is actually greener. Compromise is not in our nature. We set out to have premium quality for our products. Compromise is not in our nature. We wanted pure and pristine organic milk with a longstanding heritage in organic, for a quality that we could trust.

We finally found a place that ticked all our boxes.

Biostime® SN-2 BIO PLUS Organic contains milk and cream sourced from very select organic farms, located in the heart of Normandy, France. For centuries, Isigny Sainte-Mere’s dairy farmers have produced exceptionally fine milk, earning a well-established reputation for quality.

The terroir (a French word for unique natural environment) of the Isigny region is truly special. Fresh water from the Cotentin peninsula is combined with the salty seawater of the Channel to create rich clay soils, upon which nutritious green grass grows abundantly. Normandy dairy cows roam and graze freely on these luscious pastures, to produce premium and nutritious organic milk.

The milk fat of this premium organic milk provides the high amount of saturated fatty acid and monounsaturated fatty acids as source of energy and spare oxidation of n-3 PUFA . The milk cream is also the natural source of milk fat globule membrane (MFGM) that supports neural development and gut health.

ORGANIC STANDARD

Our range of Biostime® SN-2 BIO PLUS Organic complies with a double regulation: that of infant food and that of organic production.

Studies showed that organic dairy products have significantly greater quantities of protein and essential fatty acids which contribute to higher ratio of Omega - 3 to Omega-6 fatty acids.
